·            Managed Collective marquee account including negotiation of multi-million dollar annually renewing contract, responsibility for SLA, human resource coordination, development of new business, staffing and coordination of new contracts for staff augmentation, logistics and sales

·            Developed and implemented the first global outsource to support the 15,000 UNIX and NT servers throughout the Morgan environment which includes maintenance overhauls, new product installations and a Microsoft-centric patch management system

·            Consulted technically within Morgan Stanley to enhance their Microsoft-centric architecture regarding decommission of NT4 software and applications, troubleshooting and support of Microsoft-centric software (2000, 2003, Exchange, etc.), best practices and documentation of Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 implementation and support, desktop support of Microsoft-centric resources, project management coordination, and other technical projects and programs as required during my tenure

·            Web and Systems Architect developed a highly secure and reliable software deployment and patch management system in a tier-1 ISP environment using SMS and Microsoft-centric technologies
